What this website collects
This website has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart and no payment facility. We do not ask you to submit personal information through it, and there is no mechanism on the site for you to do so.
As with almost every website, the server hosting this site keeps standard access logs. Those typically record the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser used. They are generated automatically by the hosting platform and are used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We do not use cookies to track visitors or to build advertising profiles. WordPress, the software this site runs on, may set cookies for people who log in to administer it. Ordinary visitors are not logged in and are not given tracking cookies by us.
Third parties
The typefaces used on this site are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google, and Google receives that request in the same way any web server receives one. We do not send Google any information about you beyond the request itself.
Links to other websites, such as our Google Business Profile, lead to services we do not control. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of whichever service you have gone to applies instead of this one.
Information you give us directly
If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us — your name, your contact details and a description of the equipment and the fault — for as long as we need it to carry out the work, invoice it and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell it, rent it out or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Your choices
If you would like to know what we hold about you, or would like it removed from our records, call us and ask. We will deal with it directly.
