Guessing at a fault is how a one-trip repair turns into three. We pull codes and live data on site, under load where that is what it takes, so the part that goes on is the part that was actually wrong.
A fault code is a starting point, not an answer. It tells you which circuit is unhappy, not which component failed or why. Working out the difference is the part that saves you money.

Intermittent faults
The hardest jobs are the ones that will not misbehave while you are watching. If that is what you have, tell us what the machine was doing when it happened, how warm it was and what the operator noticed. That detail narrows it down faster than any scan tool.
